Produced in partnership with sister company Fargone Films, this short piece tells the story of a hunter who’s spent a day out in the forest without turning up any deer. Despite no success, he’s not willing to go home with an empty truck so he decides to chop up a fallen tree for firewood for his home.

We made this piece as a spec commercial for STIHL to associate their products and the people who use them with the values of hard work and resilience. We wanted to say, people who own STIHL chainsaws are not the type to give up and leave empty handed. What resulted is a feel good, inspirational lifestyle piece that makes the viewer want to get outside, and into the woods with their pickup truck and STIHL chainsaw.
